This past Sunday evening, Yahalom Chicago hosted a night out for mothers of individuals with special needs. The program featured a movement and yoga session led by Hally Goldstein, giving participants the opportunity to relax and recharge. Following the session, the mothers enjoyed refreshments and companionship in the beautiful Agudah Community Center. The mothers who attended described the evening as “rejuvenating “ and “just what I needed”. All agreed that the evening provided a valuable and meaningful opportunity to connect with others who share similar experience.
